PERSONAL TRAINING

Join me for a one-on-one, 60-minute personal training session conducted virtually via Zoom, or in-person at the Pure Strength + Nutrition training studio in Fort Langley.

Each session involves a series of training exercises selected specifically for your body and goals, which are determined during an initial consult and Functional Movement Screening. Fun is always incorporated, and programs are changed monthly to ensure we keep your muscles guessing and your enthusiasm levels high!

Let’s talk about the basics.

During this single 75-minute consultation, you will receive a basic understanding of how your body engages with the food you consume to create energy. I’ll show you how to make small, healthy substitutions to drive results, and how to keep your nutrition simple and manageable.

At the end, you’ll receive a condensed version of the acclaimed nutritional booklet, Eating to Be a Healthier Version of You.

It’s time to dig deeper and build a plan to achieve your health goals.

Over the course of one 75-minute consultation and two 60-minute consultations, you will receive a nutrition plan to support and achieve your unique health goals.
